Papillon Pops Refund Policy

 

 

At Papillon Pops, every order is custom-made with care. Because our products are perishable and handcrafted specifically for each customer, we maintain the following refund and return policy:

 

 

No Refunds or Returns

 

 

All sales are final. Papillon Pops does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any orders once order fulfillment has begun. Order fulfillment may include ingredient preparation, baking, decorating, packaging, or any stage of production.

 

 

Order Accuracy

 

 

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details—including flavors, quantities, dates, and any custom requests—before submitting payment. Papillon Pops is not responsible for errors made during the ordering process by the customer.

 

 

Cancellations

 

 

Order cancellations may be requested before fulfillment has begun. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted and no refund will be issued. Approval of a cancellation request is at the sole discretion of Papillon Pops.

 

 

Quality Concerns

 

 

If you believe there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us immediately. Quality-related concerns must be reported on the same day the order is received. While refunds are not provided, Papillon Pops will review concerns in good faith and may offer a reasonable resolution at our discretion.
